The client engaged us with the task of ingeniously repurposing a distinctively detailed commercial property into a residential property, complete with an open-plan kitchen, lounge, and bedroom area at the rear. Our challenge lay in effecting this transformation while minimising costs, a task we embraced with creativity and innovation.
Additionally, we embarked on the process of preparing a change-of-use application to present to the local authority, facilitating the seamless transition from commercial to residential functionality.
